Drivers
A driver is anyone assigned to a vehicle in the master register. Every assigned driver is automatically given their own personal link and 4-digit PIN — no manual setup. To add, change or remove a driver, edit the driver on the vehicle on the Vehicles tab; the vehicle they are responsible for is shown against them here.
Driver access
Drivers appear here automatically once they are assigned to a vehicle on the Vehicles tab. Each driver gets a personal link and PIN that opens only their own checks, reports and notifications. Use Rotate PIN, Reset link or Revoke to manage access; Issue link only appears for drivers whose access has been revoked.
